A new restaurant opened up in Winnipeg this weekend. Located at 599 Portage Ave. it’s in the new  U of W building. Run by Chef Ben Kramer from Diversity Foods, I couldn’t wait to try it on their opening weekend. Ben has been on BT many times as a guest and I’ve had bites of some of the food he’s prepared but never really got to experience the food he makes.  Chef Aron Epp is taking control of the kitchen at Elements and I can’t wait to go back for breakfast, brunch and lunch so I can try every meal they offer.
